We are proud and happy to invite you to our annual winter event - Ngondro Retreat which takes place in the very heart of the Baltics exactly on X-mas time. We being buddhists use this great opportunity to devote these 4 days to meditate together, spend time together, eat and have fun together. We are open for friendship and cooperation in the furure. And this is exactly what Lama Ole wished us to do while his recent Baltic tour. We warmly invite You, our friends from Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia and Belarus to join and support us in this wonderful event. Money raised through this retreat will be used to purchase the upper appartment and thus centre expansion.

  9:00-10:00 - breakfast
10:00-11:30 - meditation session
12:30-14:00 - meditation session
14:00-16:00 - lunch
16:00-18:00 - meditation session
19:00-20:00 - dinner
20:00 - lecture

Payment: LVL 30,00 or EUR 45,00 all the program including eating in Buddhist center with all the Sangha. Retreat with no eating costs LVL 20,00 or EUR 30,00.

Dining in the Buddhist Centre: 3 LVL or 4‚5 EURO per day
Accommodation is not included in the cost of the retreat. We offer 2-bed rooms (7 LVL or 10 EURO per night and person) and 4-bed rooms (5 LVL or 7 EURO per night and person). The hostel is only 2 minutes walk from the Buddhist Centre.
