In 2002 we bought the ground floor of a beautiful house built in the 19th century, which is in 20 minutes walk from the city centre. 175 m² of living space at the moment contains a Gompa, 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. The reconstruction project, which comprises replanning with partial demolition of walls, rebuilding and facade renovation,  is ready and approved.
